June 9, Dear [redacted] ,I'm writing in regards to the recent complaint we received against our business that was submitted on May 31, by [redacted] This complaint came to us by surprise, as we did keep in contact with the homeowners in regards to the delay in schedulingAs of June 6, all work is complete to customer satisfactionRich's Construction takes pride in the work we perform and value our customersWe did keep in constant contact with Ms [redacted] and did explain to her as to when we would be at her property to complete her work.Unfortunately, we were unable to schedule her on the date that she wanted us to perform her work due to other customer obligations and weather conditionsIt saddens us that it came down to her filing a complaint with our companyThank You, Richard L [redacted] ID# [redacted]
