I am rejecting this response because: the battery was already exchanged once when I came in to use my 30 day credit towards another vaporizer. I will be more than happy to bring everything back in to you. I will also settle for $9.00 taken off the total amount for vapor fluid used which brings the settlement amount to $79.64.  I too have my receipts.
