I have used many platforms and find that I like my 3d cart better than any I know everyone is into these other styles so you can change your imagery etc easily, but operating the sites are never easy, they need plug-ins and other things that constantly cost money and sometimes cause the site to go down or not function properly None of that happens with 3d cartAlso other platforms don't have 24/help which I use all the time I often work on my site at night

I am not someone who writes reviews or comments on Youtube videos or comments on anything for that matter, but if I do write one, you know something is seriously wrongI am a customer since last year and after considering to switch due to high cost low bandwidth, they eventually retained me by giving me extra bandwidth with no time limit mentionedLast month, they charged my credit card for few hundreds of dollars with no notification that the extra bandwidth put on my account was cancelledWhen I try to search for the original ticket that I was granted extra bandwidth with no time limit, I could not find itIt was removed by themWhen I open a ticket regarding the ridiculous charge, they said extra bandwidth was only for several month and close my ticket without letting me respond backWhen I tried to open a new ticket, they close it immediately without answeringWhen I eventually call them up, they said I understand, but there's nothing we can do for youI have since reported the charge as fraud to my credit card company
I am a business owner and I could careless for few hundred dollars but how they handle my concern is extremely unprofessionalThis is not about money, but if I feel like I am being scammed, I feel that I need to let the world know
The bandwidth concern has been echoed by many othersRegarding to bandwidth, almost all other company give unlimited bandwidthSteer clear from 3dcart if you do not want to scammed hundreds of dollars for your bandwidth usage

Overall, I would give 3dcart four stars. For all of the things that it needs to do as ecommerce software, it does its job well. They've made some good improvements, hopefully they keep innovating to keep up. There are holes that if you are an advanced use you might have to find workarounds for. But before that, it needs to be said that most of the basic customer support interactions are at best unhelpful. My account manager (salesman) leaves a lot to be desired. I've had so many frustrating experiences that I eventually emailed the CEO. I actually got a response, and was finally contacted and helped by a high level partner. Overall, you can tell that there are a lot of talented people behind the scenes (you wish you could talk to them), and they are good enough that you think it wouldn't take much for them to be at the top of their game, and its frustrating when they are not.
Love using 3dcart! Can't say enough about how pleasant each customer service rep is to work with. The website templates are AWESOME and you don't have to be a computer wiz to know how use them. Love it!
