What 3G Auto has stated is...

incorrect in that we are not meeting in 2 weeks to discuss how to resolve the complaint. It has already been determined how this matter will be resolved. What they have said is true in that we are resolving the complaint. In order to resolve this complaint there are agreed upon conditions that need to be met by 3G Auto. These conditions have not yet been met which leaves this matter unresolved at this time. Sincerely,[redacted]

I have communicated with 3G Auto over the last few weeks. After agreeing upon a mutually beneficial plan to resolve this situation, we have completed the terms of our agreement and I have no other business with 3G Auto. 
Our Resolution is as follows.
3G Auto   Refunds what I originally paid for the Vehicle, and collects the vehicle from Portland. This took Place on October 17th.
The Check cleared on the 18th and was deposited into my account. 
 
[redacted]  Resolves the Revdex.com complaint as well as a Department of Justice Complaint.
The Department of Justice Complaint was closed on October 19th. 
This Complaint should be resolved as a result of this message. Please count this Complaint as Resolved.
