Review: When we first contacted 3i concerning the printing and scanning problems we were having, we were told it was not a machine problem, and that it was actually an IT problem. We contacted our IT department, who came out and spoke with 3i while on premises, only to find out it was in fact a machine problem and not an IT problem. After multiple phone calls to [redacted], at 3i, they sent [redacted] out to inspect the machine, he told us that it was a motherboard issue, and he would be ordering the equipment that day. [redacted] stated the item would be over-nighted to our office. The item never showed up, and though we called no one ever said it had not been ordered. Three days later, a [redacted] tech showed up with a message of "non responsive machine". The tech looked over the machine, and decided that we did need a new mother board and it would be ordered and over-nighted to our office. We questioned why the item had not already been ordered, as [redacted] had said he ordered it before leaving our office. [redacted] then stated he did not have clearance, and that [redacted] actually had to order it. After over a week, 3i agreed to send us a loaner machine - they did not send anyone out to install the machine and instead remoted in. The mother board finally showed up. [redacted] came out the next day to install it, as 3i said they would not be responsible for installation. [redacted] came out and installed the item, got the machine up and running and left. Two hours later, the machine stopped printing, and we contacted 3i. [redacted] said he had to remote in and change the IP address, because it was still registering a loaner machine. He remoted in to the system and updated the IP address which made the printer start working again. Weeks later we are still having problems with the scanner and faxing aspects of the machine, and 3i is now saying that they cannot help us because we changed the IP address. When questioned further, [redacted], said that "we've helped you enough". The only reason the address was changed was because 3i said it was the only way to make the machine print properly.Desired Settlement: I want 3i International to pay for the repairs that I had to pay another company to fix.
