I am rejecting this response because:   I am rejecting the response
because as you can see from supporting documentation by way of photos (11-29-2014
undamaged alloy wheels) which will show pristine wheels before 3Js performed
the tire removal and installation. 
Additionally, the after photos (11-29-2014 damaged alloy wheels) will
show uniform gouges that are consistent with improper tire removal and installation.  This type of damage is indicative of tires
being removed or installed on wheels improperly.
