Review: I purchased 2 of their [redacted] under counter full flow filters on a closeout from a Company in September of 2013. After installing the filter, it had no water flow thru it. I called the Tech Support for 3M Purification and he indicated the filter might be defective and that I should replace the filter with another. I did that and the filter worked fine. I then contacted their Tech Support again and was told to return the filter to them for the Warranty.I returned the filter (cost me over $11) along with a copy of the warranty and a copy of the invoice where it had been purchased. I tried getting help from the Company I purchased it from, but they told me they couldn't help since they NO LONGER did business with 3M Purification.After about a month I get an email from them that they examined the filter, the date on it was 2008 and they would not warranty it. I then asked them to tell me where in their warranty the date the filter was manufactured had any bearing on the warranty itself. They said "As previously stated their is no warranty".Why would their Tech support people tell me to pay money to return a filter they would ingnore?Desired Settlement: I simply would like a replacement for the bad filter. That's all.
