In response to the complaint by Ms***, Ms*** was referred to me by mutual businessI understood that her truck was inoperable and was forwarded the insurance adjuster statementI agreed to take the job & spoke with Ms*** for authorization to arrange towing of her truckOn
August 20th of the truck was ready for piand repairs were done to what was claimed as part of the accidentUpon contacting Ms*** I understood that she had a dispute with her lien holder on claiming this truck in her bankruptcy, I also understood that the lien holder is withholding the insurance check for this purposeI was advised by Ms***'s attorney to start a 2nd lien process to secure my interestMs*** told me for over months that she is working with her insurance on getting the funds released in my company's name instead of her's & her lien holder's, mean while I had over to $out of pocket expanse for parts & towingHer claim that the insurance paid for new parts, is clear in her insurance adjustment that called for after market partsHer damage was estimated at $3,& received a check for $2,due to her deductibleI released the truck to Ms*** out of good jester with a balance due to my sympathy to her situationAfter releasing the truck to her she went on trying to claim preexisting damage on her truck that had nothing to do with the insurance claimAttached is a copy of her invoice & balance still dueI can not believe that people can go this far especially when a person went out of there way to help them*** *** M'S Auto Sales ENTLLC*** ** *** *** *** *
