I was very upset and surprised to see this letter. My customer [redacted] who order this called and complained 12 days after the delivery. Normally our policy is they have to call within 3 days and we want to see them but we make exceptions all the time.  Flowers only last 3-6 days. When he first...

called to complain to my employees they said that he said he was happy with the flowers and wanted to keep shopping here and she was mad at the money he spent. When I called him back I said she thought the flowers were too much and said no (I know my employees won’t lie about this but I just wanted to make it right) some of the flowers turned brown right away. I said you should call right away and we replace them but since we really haven’t had a complaint in over 6 months and he is a good customer I would make it right and asked what he wanted me to do about it.  He would not tell me what he wanted more flowers? Discount? So I said to him I would make him a nice $100 bouquet and he was happy with that.  He wanted me to deliver it to players where his wife [redacted] was having a vendor show. She was talking in the background as I was talking to him and saying bring your business cards too and we will give you some free advertising and they seemed to be very happy with the outcome. I said I don’t need advertising I just wanted them to be happy and I dropped off the bouquet that night and didn’t bring any business cards it just didn’t seem right. I just wanted to resolve this and be done with it. They were very nice on the phone to me so I guess I thought this was resolved.  I’m so upset that she is still caring on and I heard she was bad mouthing us on Facebook on the Dickinson Classified page but has now takin it off of the page because I heard from someone who saw it and she was taking about us pretty bad. Then someone commented did you even call them because Tara would make it right. And now it is gone so I guess she deleted it. I even went on her facebook and saw pictures of the bouquet and she seemed very happy with them and they looked nice. So as for the amount of the flowers were $200 and balloons he got were $100. She doesn’t even know because she didn’t even buy them. Her husband [redacted] did. He is my customer so if he still has a problem then he needs to fill a complaint or call me. And the prices she listed are not our prices our orchids are $7 and lilies are $4.50-8 depending on variety so I do know where she is coming up with these prices.
