To whom it may concern:The customer who made the complaint had been called for the last weeks about her car payment with no return call as this was her first payment on the loan As of 9/5/the vehicle was placed out for repossession for lack of Insurance and a past due balanceOn the morning of 9/8/we did make contact with the customer we told her that the vehicle was out for repo and she started screaming how we wont work with her We advised customer of the past due balance and asked if she could pay it she told us to run her card and it was declined Repo agents had already had the paperwork since the 5th so later that day it was repossessed Customer then called here asking what she could do to get the vehicle back We informed her that since it was her first payment that she would need to payoff the loan in full to redeem the vehicle This is company policy anytime someone defaults on their first payment Within minutes of the last call the customers husband/boyfriend called our dealership threatening the GM with physical violence The GM had actually placed a call out to myself to see if anything else could be done right before that call We take all threats very serious the GM reached out to myself concerned for his safety soon after our initial call Considering all the facts there is no other option for us other than her getting her financing elsewhere and payoff the vehicle in full We will waive all repossession charges if she does want to payoff the loan.Sincerely, [redacted]
