Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: While I do accept MrL**'s apology and while I truly feel sorry for MrL**'s father and the impact his illness is having on his family, MrL** continues to assert statements During our first meeting MrL** stated that he would be able to finish the bidding process, thereby allowing us to arrange our financing, which would set us up to begin construction on our home in during the summer of This, he said, would coordinate perfectly with the completion of house he was constructing at that time Regarding the results of our second meeting, if in fact MrL**, as he has stated in the Revdex.com complaint response, has completed much of the bidding work he promised to us many months ago, then he should be able to provide us with that information within hours of receiving this response If I receive these quotes, I will, in turn, confirm these quotes with his vendors and sub-contractors and, if confirmed, I will consider not pursuing legal action However, regardless of the aforementioned, I wish my complaint to stand as originally written MrL** has lied and procrastinated and, as a result, he put my wife and me in as difficult a financial position as he claims to be (possibly worse since MrL** is at least living in his own home) and for that, I believe people should be wary of his irresponsible business practices.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The attachment included in Mr L**'s response simply supports my accusation that MrL** was not working on a bid for us as expeditiously as he promised
Based upon the number of missing line items on the attached bid and given the amount of time that has elapsed since our last meeting, it is abundantly clear to us that MrL** was not concerned with providing us with a comprehensive bid in a timely manner as defined by comparables firms in his industry and market place Additionally, I suspect much of this bid was completed since he received my last Revdex.com response
My wife and I will pursue damages and our complaint to the Revdex.com stands as originally presented! It's truly too bad that it's come to this, but we must protect our interests and the Revdex.com must be committed to protecting trusting consumers like my wife and me.Sincerely,*** ***

I did have a few meetings with Mr*** in regards to building them a new home When we had our first meeting I was just starting a new custom home and did not have the time for him which we had discussed Months later I was contacted by the draftsman who completed his drawings
The draftsman stated they really wanted us to build this home so I agreed to meet Mr*** and his wife on the current home site I was building I agreed to get them a budget together which I did gather info on and got through a fare amount of the sub contractors bids What Mr*** does not know is what is currently going on with my personal life I took a large loss on the project that Mr*** and his wife met me atIt literally consumed my every waking hour to finish the home At the end of the project the home owners did not have the money to finish paying me for which is a large sum of money Then the bigger thing at hand is my father who has been fighting terminal cancer for the past and half years has taken a drastic turn in the last months of his life We have come close to loosing him several times since May We as immediate family (mom, sister and her family, and my family) are doing the best we can to keep our lives on track but things slip between the cracks Since May he has had phenomena, septic, fractured leg, fractured arm, fractured jaw, brain tumor, and all the other side effects of this horrible disease Its been all I can do to keep my business going during this period of my life I would like to sincerely apologize for this situationThis is not how we do business nor want anyone to think that I should have contacted Mr*** to explain my situation as I am a small business, I bid, meet, and build everything in house to provide a quality home so it is personally built by myselfI never intended him to think I was "mockingly indicating I was working on his bid" when in fact I have most of the bids and need to put them in a proposalAgain I am sorry, I am human and trying to keep my head above water with the struggles I have stated aboveI have cc'd Mr*** in this response to hopefully end this dispute and resolve this matter
