Review: My wife and me wanted to sell our home in Richmond,VA. Our home needed a few repairs .so we saw a website and a video that say no need to fix repairs .we BUY houses as is and make cash offer!!!So we called them and they came to look at house and they do fix repairs but want you to paid.We signed contract .they said we will assume the loan but we thought they would take over what we had left on the loan.wrong!!!!! We the closing date came .The lawyer explain that they only wanted to take over the payments!!!! But you still own your home. We told tDesired Settlement: They need to change the website. Saying we don't buy houses but we will takeover payments and you still own your house. Video and website is misleading.They wanted to rent the house.
