Placed a costume order beginning of October. Received and tried on the costume. Returned it the same week since the costume did not fit. The only reason why I would order a costume from this website is because of their fast shipping and full price return policy. Otherwise I would've purchased a costume in store. I waited for my refund to find out today that the item is getting shipped back to me. Called customer service to find out why. They said that there was a stain on the costume. Did not even wear it for and longer then 3 minutes until I decided to return it. Customer service is very rude and will not give me a refund, stating that there was a stain on the costume. I just want my refund, I don't want to keep something that I haven't even worn and doesn't even fit. I am very upset, it seems as though they put a stain on there just so that they can keep my money.
When ordered 2 costumes I was refunded for one and accused of messing up another. Very unprofessional customer service and issue was not resolved!On October 20th I made a online purchase of a costume order #XXXXXXX for $122.95 which was to small so on 10/26 I made the same purchase a size larger for )122.95 order #XXXXXXX I received that on 10/30 which then was to big so with tags an receipt still intact I returned both on 11/1. On 11/10 I received an email confirming that I would be getting a refund for 1 of the items. So on 11/11 I called to see why I didn't receive confirmation of the 2nd refund the sales representative went on to tell me that a cat or dog peed on the bottoms of the costume an she can't return it. I told her I have no animals so that is a false accusation because I didn't even bother trying on the full costume because the size did not fit well like the reviews stated. So I asked to speak to the manager or someone above her I was then transferred to the most unprofessional "manager" I've came across. Instead of listening and looking into the matter she simply repeated twice that she will be sending it back to me and that's that. When I asked to simply talk to someone besides her that will listen to a customer that has had no prior issues with them she then said "no I'm sending it back and that's that." Very unprofessional!Desired SettlementRefund of $122.95Business Response /[redacted]/The customer did order 2 separate times. The first one was sent back in good condition and we refunded her fully. The second Halloween order was placed on 10/27/15 and returned on 11/10/15. The costume came back with very big visible stains on the pants and panty of the costume. Our return policy is: You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. She sent this back obviously worn and the costume could not possibly be resold or cleaned.We sent her back the costume and she now has it in her possession.
Awesome website and product. Never been disappointed. Most of their stuff are made to run small so I would suggest checking your measurements first before ordering. Fast shipping and great quality!
I ordered something from the site and it was never delivered. They said that they contacted USPS who told them the package may have been stolen. I contacted USPS and was told that only the shipper may open a case. I can not do this. This information is even stated in detail on their site. I am absolutely entitled to a refund as I never received what I bought. Desired SettlementI would like a full refund as I'm sure anyone else would want if they never received what they bought.
