My initial consultation with Boise Orthodontics was on 10/26/at their Nampa location My dental issue was evaluated and I was scheduled for a procedure to clean the area around tooth # DrL [redacted] stated that there could be a possibility of having to remove this tooth He also discussed having to add bone to resolve the bone loss I asked for an estimate prior to the procedure and was told it would be provided to me I went in on 11/06/to the Boise location for the procedure I had not received the estimate for the services to be provided so I and my husband met with the individual who handled billingI asked for the estimate again and I was provided with a document indicating my copay was $ I signed this document In the middle of the procedure I ended up having the loose tooth pulled They did add bone in the area of where the pulled tooth wasAs we were leaving they stated they had to redo the billing We were told nothing elseNear the middle of Decemb
