4 CS Packer Burger

We ordered from the restaurant as a take out order. When we got home we noticed there were issues with the food. When we called and talked to [redacted], she said she could give us the part we were missing, which was the sauce for the chicken wings (they apparently put the sauce on the side instead of coating the chicken wings with it.) I said that would not work because by the time I got back, the rest of the food, especially the chicken wings would be cold. My husband ended the phone call and I grabbed the chicken wings to bring them back. When I got to the store, [redacted] said they could not give us any kind of refund nor store credit. She further told me that the cooks said the right sauce was in the container. I opened the container and showed her what they gave us. She got the right sauce and showed it to me and said this is what it looked like. I pointed to the other sauce and said they did not match. She again said, rather rudely, we cannot give a refund of any kind. We were not looking for the whole bill to be taken care of, just what was not correct and made it feel like we were is.
