try to get a total re modal of the yard for a very low price wont even pay the extra like 10 to 20 dollar fee for the transaction. when I left the job after completion there was nothing wrong whats so ever just a few spots of where the water wasnt wetting the ground I went back to fix it. the leak of the valve I fixed it I walked property with her and she was fine with it so a few days later she sent me a text with a photo of the timer I then replied whats that and whats wrong with it no reply back so I was like ok maybe its for the wrong person so now a few weeks later I get another text and she says all upset I have to pay another person to come out and fix the valve I was like why and no reply I even said I can go by but once more no reply so im really not sure what this lady is trying to do here not at all even when I went back to fix the leak she was upset about the rock on how they put it down and did a bad job so to me it sounds like shes just a very unhappy person and I cant help that and as far as the water over spray all thay have to do is move them around once agian thats what happens when you have another contractor come out to lay the sod I bet they moved all the sprinkler heads around and now she wants me to go move them back she should of tested that water when they were there to see if everything was getting water im 100 percent sure they were moved when applying the sod it only makes sence because everything was getting water before. so im a very busy person and I go beyond my dutys to help make my customers happy but this is just not right and on the paver issue there was one spot with cement on the paver and she asked me how to clean it and I told her how to and what to do. never did I say she needs to do it it was a question and I gave her they answer when [redacted] sent me the text with the photo of the timer I replyed back asking what was that and no reply back so im sorry if she need to do something differnt about the valve but I tried to go back out there to see whats going on but at this point not sure what to do I gave my 100 percent on this job and ill give it another 100 percent to fix it but now it just sounds like this lady is just out to get some one im sorry for that this is my only bad review with the Revdex.com and I feel bad but I gues we just cant help how people feel and look at life once more im sorry to the Revdex.com and this customer sorry and have a nice day and a great weekend
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There was no resolution offered. All the contractor did was attack me personally accusing me of being an "unhappy person." I don't enjoy this process. There is no interest in part to engage in hear say. I do acknowledge that I spoke to my husband and he informed that he declined the credit card usage due to the "fee" The fee is 6% of the charge. For the job that was being done, this would have been almost $500 not $10-$20 as stated in the response. Even if it was just for the labor, it would have been almost $200. In addition we would have had to pay interest so he decided against it. I was not aware of the availability, but absolutely agree with the decision considering how high the charge was, percentage wise. Again, there was no resolution provided. I can't let this affect my days anymore. If a contractor agrees to provide a service for a cost, they job should be done well, no matter what the cost. Since it was agreed to. We didn't negotiate down on the labor and we paid for the materials ourselves. It still cost us $8,000 to complete this project. As I stated, I now have to find someone to fix this and we are having a hard time because licensed contractors don't want to evaluate the job. It is unfortunate that as a consumer there is no protection for me. Unfortunately I will have to cut my loses and continue to search for a contractor that will fix this. Let me reiterate, both my husband and I were here when the sod was being laid, NO, the irrigation heads/lines we not moved. We are honest hardworking people that DO NOT appreciate being called liars.Virtual apologies will not fix our valve and irrigation system. Mr. [redacted] and I had texted(prior to his resolution response, but after he received notification of the complaint) and he said he would fix the valve. I provided a day and time and he said it would have to wait until this week. I have not heard back to confirm a time. Again, at this point I am not interested in having him on our property. A resolution would have been making another stop and correcting what was wrong. This is not what I choose to spend my time and energy on. Holding a grudge is like drinking toxic venom & waiting for the other person to grow ill. And just as toxic venom is to the human body, so is resentment to the human spirit – even one tiny bit is bad for you. Don’t magnify life’s difficulties by filling your mind with resentment. Let it go & let today be the day you stop letting the ghosts of yesterday haunt you. Let today be the day you stop poisoning yourself with needless hatred. Don't get even with those who hurt you, get even with those who help you. I will Make today your best day yet.Have a lovely day and thank you for following up.
