4 Ever Kidz

Complaint[redacted] was owner of 4Ever Kidz summer camp. My children attended the camp until 7/22/2013. On the morning of July 23, the camp was completely closed and no notification was given to parents that alternate camp arrangements would need to be made. In the mean time, I paid for the week of July 22- July 26 the previous week. Mr.[redacted] noted by law he did not have to refund my money even with the camp closing unexpectedly. Mr. [redacted] noted he closed the camp due to the church demanding he pay for damages that occurred over the summer. Mr.[redacted] noted he declined paying and the church closed the camp. When I contacted the church they noted the camp was closed due to Mr. [redacted] not paying weekly rent not due to damages.Desired Settlement$60- for tuition paid in advance$8- for products ordered and not received$23- for time missed from work due to having to make alternate arrangements for childcare unexpectedly
