Item 1: Our company was hired by client for a reroof of his home in October We spoke with the homeowner about the roof of an addition pitched toward the main structure not allowing the water to drain off the roof properly During construction we added cant strip (degree) to help
this issue before new roof was installed The addition also had gutter attached improperly by handymenThey had not been sealed to insure fasteners would not leak We failed to inspect gutters and fasteners which caused the 4' x 6' water mark on interior ceiling in the addition Our company was called once about this issue but was unable to locate and correct it due to weekly showers On August 24, our company stood by our promise to the client We leveled the area and applied a generous amount of product over the entire addition Item 2: Client had a small tile pitch less than a square The product to match has not been available to consumers We spoke to client about all new tile if it could be done in budget We shopped for tile and replacement have been order to dateEstimated time of completion after receiving tile will be first week of October
