I went in on Christmas Eve and left with two items and a contract stating that I had payments to make and the total amount to be paid was $The bottom of the contract clearly states that to own the merchandise (buy it out) the total payment would be $I asked them more than once why it said $when they were telling me all I had to pay was $they told me to disregard that, that that was only if I did not make all of my paymentsSo my tenth payment was made and an 11th payment was deducted, when I called t [redacted] the company that does the financing for them they told me that I was renting the jewelry and that if I wanted to keep it I had to pay another $ and (buy out) making it the $They told me to go into j jeweler and if they took back the merchandise I would be refundedI went into j jewelers and tried to return the merchandise L [redacted] then gave me the run around stating that she knew nothing about the (buy out) and proceeded to try to continue t

I went into looking at some jewelry for moms gift she had told me about finiancing so I said okay I’ll apply and let’s see how this goes she had told me I was qualified at a APR of 29% for a credit limit of 1,so when I get home I find out trough my email later on that they had faked my signature on the contract because in there the interest shows at 279% and I wouldn’t have finance at the amount the thing is the faked my signature on the contract without my consent

Such a great experience I had when I came here. The customer service was excellent and very friendly. I was assisted by Rod the sales person, and he was very knowledgeable about the jewelry that he was showing me. He explained everything to me very clearly and made sure that he didn't leave anything out. I have been shopping around for a while, and this place has the best price in Ventura County without a doubt. He also made sure that it fit my budget as well. In the end, I left the store very pleased after I purchased a beautiful engagement ring for my girlfriend. I would gladly recommend this place for my friends and everyone that I know. Definitely my go-to place for jewelry whenever I need it.

If there is any type of business I could recommend it is this one! They have the absolute best customer service I have ever received in my life and they actually care about there customers and they not only go above and beyond they literally make you feel important! They did not give up on us getting financed they continued to try and work with us. He helped us out so much and more he not only got us financed he helped us out on our down payment and he helped us get my husbands ring as well. I RECOMMEND THIS BUISNESS TO EVERYONE EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT LOOKING DOR JEWELRY. You should just go there and get something just because they are the best in customer service and they WILL help you!!!! I'm going to go to them and recommend them to everyone I know!!!!
