4 Less Furniture Center

We won a bunk bed at the 2014 Christmas Angel soccer tournament. After leaving numerous messages with no response we were finally told the date the bed would be ready. It was not. We were told another date it would be ready. It again was not with no explanation as to why. We called back and were told we would be contacted, we never were contacted. We called back and were told it was damaged and we would be delivered to on a Wednesday after 4. It was not delivered again. We were told Friday after 4 it would be delivered and we sit here at 7:18pm still no delivery.
I wanted to share our lack of professionalism that we have experienced from this company.

Complaint #[redacted] We have exchanged the sofa table 3 times the last one we del was in great shape and then he waits to call us back 2 weeks later to say its not in good shape there is nothing else we can do at this time . We droped it off in perfect condition .

Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In response to the store delivery three replacements – They are confusing us with another customer. We still have the original sofa table. The original delivery was around the 25th of January and we neverreceived any replacement. The problem with the sofa table – the two drawers do not open properly, they are warped. When we read their response, the store doesn’t talk about why our sofa table was replaced. The sofa table was purchased from the store located at [redacted]. Our salesperson was the owner, [redacted]. Like we mentioned previous, we have been calling the store every few weeks to see if the replacement sofa tables have arrived. We never got a response. We never received a return call from [redacted] or [redacted] on the status of the sofa table.Sincerely,[redacted]
