After a thunderstorm last night, my AC broke. The contracting company through my home warranty agency couldn't come out to repair it until tomorrow, over 24 hours since I submitted the service request. I opted to contact Four Seasons instead. I called them around 8:30 AM, a technician was at my house in just over an hour, and my AC was temporarily repaired (until a replacement part can be ordered) within 2.5 hours of my initial call. I am extremely pleased with the service I received!
