4 Seasons Heating & Cooling

I called 4 Seasons because my AC was not working.After their repair man looked the AC system over in the attic he said thatthe mother board was burnt and recommended a new transformer./ The cost wouldbe $650.00 and I was lucky he had the parts with him.I told him thanks, but I wanted a other opinion, which we did.Once the circuit breaker was put back on every thing was working fine, andhas been for the last 24 hours. We have also refunded the customers diagnostic fee and will implement further training in diagnostic procedures to ensure this does not happen again
