We had Seasons remove ice and snow from our roof, remove wet attic insulation and add extra insulation to our entire attic area during the awful winter of They painted a bedroom ceiling and recaulked the crown molding from water damage as well

I called Seasons for replacement windows A repcame to my house, measured windows, wrote a quote, which I agreed to, and took my down payment I was told windows and installation would be approximately four weeks They would call to schedule Six weeks later, still no windows I called and was told an addition measurement was needed A different repcame to the house, measured the windows again and again I was told it would be about four weeks Six weeks later I called the office to inquire about the windows and was told they were in, she would have to get with the guys to schedule an appointment and she would call back Two weeks later, still no call, still no windows Am now attempting to get my money back
We contacted this company to replace multiple windows in our home. Replacement included windows above grade and windows in basement below grade. It was my understanding when we contracted with them that they would "trim out" all windows. While the windows on the main floor were completed the basement windows were not. They finished off the interior windows only with the exterior windows open to the elements. We actually have insulation and bare window frames showing. We have attempted to contact them to rectify but was told by front office staff that they don't do concrete and will not be coming back to trim out basement windows. While their workmanship that was completed was incredible do not believe it is common practice to leave exterior of windows exposed. Was not at all what we expected when contracting this job. Also when talking to the company about scheduling follow up work they were vague and did not call back with updates, we had to keep calling. Unfortunate experience especially in light of craftsmanship of completed work.
3 years ago I contracted with 4 Seasons to put a metal roof on my cape cod home and install 2 new windows. [redacted] the salesman assured me that I would never have an ice dam or worry about ice back ups. Well, the 2nd winter, the ice dam built up under the eaves and leaked causing the bedroom ceiling to cave in with no warning. So my insurance covered part of the damage. 4 seasons came and replaced ceiling and walls, but wanted me to pay more than insurance covered, so I ended up cleaning, drying the carpet, emptying the room, vacuuming and painting when they were done. I am way too old for this type of work. So, now a few years go by and my insurance company is asking about my roof and I find out that 4 seasons never got a permit to do the work on my home. Are you kidding me? When I called their office and asked the lady why they didn't get a permit, she said she would take care of it and I told her that the letter from the city only gave me 2 days to comply or I get a civil infraction. So I called the city the next day and she had not contacted them. So now I am dealing with the City inspector and he is going to deal with them directly. No results yet.
They claim that ther warranty their work, but do not. For three years I have called them about the siding falling off. They have not come out to inspect but just ignore us.
