Review: HIRED A CONTRACTOR AFTER MY HOME WAS DESTROYED BY HURRICANE SANDY AND HAVE GIVEN THEM $170,000 TO COMPLETE WORK. THE CONTRACTORS REFUSE TO DO WORK, HAVE STALLED WORK AND HAD STOPPAGES. WE ARE IN A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND OUT OF OUR HOME, IT IS A DIRE SITUATION AND WE JUST WANT THE WORK TO BE DONE.Desired Settlement: WE HAVE GIVEN THE CONTRACTOR MONEY HE CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR, AS PER NYS LAW PUTTING THE MONEY INTO ESCROW. THEY CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR OUR FUNDS LEAVING US TO BE HARRASSED FOR MORE MONEY AND IN A TERRIBLE FINANCIAL SITUATION.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by 4 Seasons Interiors Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The Business still refuses to do required work, and stalls on all work. They also cannot account for approximately 50,000 dollars.
