I am writing this review today to share my wonderful experience with seasons movingFirstly, I will start by saying that they showed us amazing customer service; very friendly, fair, and pleasant to deal withUpon calling seasons moving for the first time, I was told over the phone that they would be willing to send an agent over to our house for a free estimate of the jobWe set up a meet date for a couple of days later and on this day the agent showed up on time and surveyed the house and the jobWe were actually quite surprised at the quote given to usInitially we had expected to pay a fairly higher amount for a long distance move half way across the provinceAfter talking over details of the job the agent and I came to an agreement and a contract was createdThe day of the move really was fantastic, each piece of furniture was wrapped and taken care of extremely well, the workers were very polite, professional, and provided us with a few good laughs as wellThese extra little things are what separates professional company's from non- professional company'sDelivery time was quite speedy as well considering that we moved hours away, yet received our things the very next dayEverything was moved to their proper places in the house, unwrapped, and arrived in excellent conditionTo be honest there isn't much more that could have been asked for from these guys regarding our move and overall I am very happy with our experience10/for excellent and professional serviceHighly recommend using or atleast calling these guys for a quote in the future for anyone looking for a long distance move or local if you live in fort mcmurray area

Hello everyone, I just recently moved to Fort McMurray from Sherwood Park. I used one of the local companies to do the move for me and I would like to share my experience with 4 Seasons moving.
I called the moving company and they took all the information over the phone. The estimate was sent to me by email in less than 24h and the price was very reasonable. I decided to go ahead and book the move with them and sent them a deposit of roughly 25%.
They showed up to my house in Sherwood Park one hour late but the driver had called me prior to notify me of the delay, I was impressed with their professionalism. Once they got to the house, they covered all the floors, doors and rails on the stairs. The driver, with a smile, walked me through exactly what they were going to do and asked me if I had any specific requirements or requests before they started. They proceeded to wrap and protect every piece of furniture I had. By the end, I had 5 extra pieces to add and the owner said that it will be free of charge as "welcome to Fort McMurray gift", that made me really happy.
All my belongings were delivered to Fort McMurray in less than 24h. Once they got there, they covered all the floors and everything again and started to unload. They reassembled all my furniture and bed sets and placed them where they're supposed to go. They didn't take any payment from me until the job was finished and once I handed them the payment, the driver pulled out his tablet and emailed me the receipt right away without me even asking for it.
In comparison to my last moving experience, it was a day and night difference, I would highly recommend 4 Seasons moving to anyone. I am so happy that my first experience with a local company in Fort McMurray was amazing and worry free. I have also asked their team if I can take some pictures while the work was being done and share them with my friends.
Moving to a different city is stressful, I am very thankful to them for making this move stress and worry free.

These guys are fantastic, quick and efficient.
They were very upfront about the costs, told me before booking about the minimum two hours and unlike other moving companies I have used in the past , there were no additional costs such as booking fees, etc.
Definitely the smoothest and most pleasant moving experience I had.I will definitely be using these guys for any future moves

I have been going back and forth about if I would write a review for this company. After thinking about it, I feel that I have to share my experience.
I will start with the Positive:
When we first met with the owner it was a great experience. Very professional and it was a really good price that we were quoted so naturally we decided to go with them for our moving needs. The day of the move, things were made easy and we left the house while everything was being packed up. The best part was we got everything the next day! with it being a big move from Fort Mac to Airdrie that was really great! The day that things were moved into our house the guys were very nice, worked hard to get things moved in and were great with putting things where we wanted them.
The negative of this would be a few things that me and my husband are just not happy about. When we left that day of the move we were told that the house would be locked. A friend went to the house a couple days later and the back door and the garage door were left unlocked. There was damage done to a screen in our living room window that we were not told about, I was sent a picture from my friend letting me know. When asked about this, The owner said that they did lock the doors and they didn't damage anything. So no ownership on either of those things.
When I first met with the owner, I was told that the truck that will be used will just be for our things and no one else would have things in there. Well when they showed up, there was more furniture in the truck that they had to take out before ours was even started. Not that big of a deal, But it just would have been better if we were told about that up front. This just make me uneasy about other things that I was told.
The biggest disappointment that we have is with other things that we are finding out as we go. For example, there was a bed that was put "together" in one of the rooms by one of the workers. It looked like it was fine, but as soon as I got on it, it fell apart, causing the headboard to go into the wall and scratch the wall. Also, we had a BBQ moved as well. When it got here we just told the guys to put it in the garage and we would take it out back once we are ready. There has been a cover on it the whole time. When going to take it out, we took the cover off and what we seen was horrible. there is a door broken off, one of the side burners is bent down, the whole body of it is twisted and it is no longer in working condition.
A big mistake that we made was not going through everything to make sure it was all good before they left. We trusted that things were not damaged and put together correctly, but we were wrong to do so. We moved in February and its now March. They did not take ownership of the small things that happened so I can say for certain that there is no way they will for the big things.
If deciding to go with this company, they are nice and professional and a good price, but make sure you check everything before they leave your home. We wish we had.
