I am rejecting this response because:I don't feel as though I should have to pay $when I had asked for the manicure and pedicure setIf any upcharges were made, I should have been told in that momentThey had asked if we had been there before and we had said noMy nail technician was forceful and brashShe had did my nails in a rush and overall it just wasn't what I would call "good service"It's been about a week and one of my nails are already broken and they look terrible, considering I paid $I had said it should've been only $because I had said I wanted the manicure and pedicure set, although yes I did ask for the gel manicure, then she said she would fix it, but still charged the $when I wasn't lookingIf everything needs to be removed for a refund, then that's fine

First at all, I understand the frustration of this customer( a young lady)  when her nail polish came off, and very upset about it. I don't know if you know, there is no way any nail tech...

can guarantee how long nail polish can last on natural nails ( even with shellac polish) due to lots of reasons Oily nail surfaces, short or soft nail bed, substances in contact with, or normal activities like wash your hair, shower Any way, doesn't what the cause is I take responsibility when a customer complain.  I offer her and her Friend with free service at the time but she does want it. I offer her a $60 gift certificate equal to the amount she paid , but she still does not accept that.  She just want her money back period.  At the end she took a 60$ gift certificate and walk away with some F words for the rest of my customers to hear.  I did what I can in this situation because we have a Non refund policy. But if I refund her the money, I want my merchandise back.

regular pedicure is $35, but the customer agreed to getting a gel full set, which costs $40 and a gel pedicure, which costs $35. Totaling the customers bill to $75. The manicurist did give her a design, but it was for free of charge. We are sorry if the customer thought our business was trying to take advantage, but it was simply a misunderstanding. We cannot refund the customer for the total $75, but if she wants regular polish on her toes instead of the gel, she can come back between Tuesday-Friday (August 29th-Sept 1st), and we will re-do it, it is a price value of $25, so we will refund her $10 from the $35 gel pedicure that she received on August 27th.
