I was very shocked and surprised to read that *** *** had turned in a complaint on me and my companyWe sent her original "Estimated Itemized Disposition of Security Deposit" on February 21, which was only days after she
moved outWe do estimates because we have not already had the work doneWhen the work is finished we send a final disposition of security along with receipts for work done and any refund due themIt was an error that she was charged rent from 2/1-2/14/I was no aware of that her rent was due on the 15thThat is out of the ordinary, almost 100% of my tenants have rent due the 1st of every monthThe day that I was made aware of this was March 10, That same day I issued her a check for $355.00, the balance of rent that she did not owe and the actual carpet cleaning chargesIt was mailed the same day
I was also shocked she had called another source and complained, as I was talking to this person my office staff brought me in an envelope addressed to her that had been returned to our officeThis was March 13, I immediately called her and told her that the post office had returned her envelope to us with no explanation & I would pay 1/of her gas if she wanted to come up and get itThis is what she didShe came up on 3/14/and got her checkThen the 17th I got you letterI will fax a copy of the envelope that was returned
I hope she is satisfied with thisI have left her a couple of messages but she has not returned my calls

My estimated tenant ledger shows move in date 1/15/All the checks for my rent shows paid by the 12th to the 14th of every monthPlease tell me how she could overlook all this information and send me a check for $I did go up two times to pick up the balance due me first time on Saturday 3/8/and again on 3/15/The first Saturday I went *** would give me no information at all regarding my check; if it had been written, check number, date or when or if it had been mailedThe reason I went to Tehachapi to get it on 3/8/was because *** told me on Tuesday 3/4/a check would be written and mailed that weekShe said I should have it by FridayI did not receive it so I drove up to find out where it was*** would give me no information, said she had no access to that information even though she was leasing apartments and taking deposits and giving the people their list sheets to check off if everything was cleanI am willing to bet they have a lot of people whos rent starts on the 15th of the month as it was the 8th when I was there and she was doing thisI am upset that I cleaned that apartment way better than when I moved in and still had to go through all this fight to get my correct refundI feel I have been lied to and held off from getting my complete deposit back when I did everything rightThat apartment was immaculate compaired to when I moved inI still question wheather they really cleaned the carpetHow does one person, years old, living in an apartment for months get very old carpet dirty enough to have to clean itI did receive the $check on the 15th of March and she did give me $for gasBut I question how many other people have gone through the same thing but just didn't take the time to complainThat is not fair for future tenants not to be aware of possible problems with their depositsIt took a lot of my time to file claims with you the Revdex.com and the DRE and have to have the DRE call them a few times before I got my deposit back, a month and one day after I had my walk thruI do not wish to remove the complaint as I feel people need to know the possible fight they may have to go through to get their deposits backYou have to do what you have to do but the stress and anger I have gone through with this whole mess has not been good on a person with CHF, separate open heart surgeries and heart stentsI did what I was supposed to do when I moved outThey drug their feet for whatever reason and cost me time, gas expense for two trips and stress on my health that was not necessaryAsk the to fax you the complete tenant ledger, the whole thing to show what I am talking aboutI don't believe it was oversite, I believe they thought I would not fight for what was mineI would email or fax you a copy but those aren't working on my printer at the momentIf you want, I will mail you copies, just tell me where to send themThank you

This past tenant is complaining about her "estimated security deposit disposition." That is exactly what it
is.....an estimateWhen all work is finished we will send her a "Final Disposition of security deposit with copies of all invoices and who did them"Until all work is completed we don't know the answer to her questionsAt the time that she receives her final disposition she is more than welcome to make an appointment at our office and I will be happy to go over everything with herThis should be done within this coming week

I paid that bill because you gave me a day pay or quit notice and the only discussion anout it was you werent available to discuss the bill for months straightAnd I found problems with that invoice including that it said we overloaded an outlet that was never used due to it being behind a couch and the other outlet was a powerstrip with a safety fuse on it to avoid that and only the tv dvd and game system were plugged in so try again

The complainant has already been mailed the actual invoices with dollar amounts on them and who did the work and we will deduct the $electrical bill from their final disposition of security depositA new disposition will be mailed today with a $credit to the tenantsI HAVE FULFILLED ALL REQUESTS OF THE PAST TENANTI want this settled now
