Review: Stayed with a friend and this is the worst place ever! We stayed 2 nights and the first night the room smelled like poop. We could not figure out where the smell was coming from. We could not change rooms because the hotel was booked. so the next morning we called and asked for another room. we waited an hour and a half in that stinky room for another room. We were almost late for our event. We stayed gone all day and came back late and went straight to bed (their beds are hard as a rock too) woke up at 6AM to discover that there was NO TOILET PAPER in the bathroom. I got dressed and headed over to the office. The door was locked so I rang the bell. It took several mins for someone to answer the door and it was the maid. She was rude and said "we open at 7:00" I said I need toilet paper now. She gave me a roll. At 8:30 I came back and spoke to the Manager. He admitted that the original room we had smelled bad but he said he wasn't going to do anything for us because we moved and he put another guest in there. Basically he said it was my fault for staying the night in the stinky room. He ignored the issue of no toilet paper completely and expected me to pay full price for this dump. My legs itch with bug bites on them now too. The wifi signal is weak and fades in and out. I will never stay here again, in fact I am in a credit dispute over the charges. This is the worst place ever!! The manager did not even apologize and insists that we pay full price for this dumpDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the first night in the room that smelled like poop. I assume it was dog poop since it is a pet friendly hotel. We did not bring our pets. I would also like a discount for the second night since the room was not prepared properly. Toilet paper is a basic essential and should not be left out of the room.
