and Sean assisted by Jamal in installation. Responsive, helpful, top-notch workl! I picked them largely because they were accredited by Revdex.com, and am glad I did!

I was impressed with the professionalism, integrity and ease of service. I called about a leaky sink, got a free estimate and a recommendation to service my sink through my home warranty. This was after the plumber assessed the problem and spent a considerable time in traffic getting to my home. I will use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Great fast work, Tatum in customer service is super helpful, Mike and Sean in electrical were fast and responsive.

We decided to get an attic fan to help cool the 3rd level of our townhouse. Russ came to look at our attic and afterwards discussed the types of fans available and what size we would need for the space. The follow up appointment went like clockwork. The technicians showed up on time, the installation and cleanup went smoothly. We are now going to us 4 Service Pros for our HVAC needs as well.

Scheduling the appointment was a piece of cake, Elise was friendly and efficient. Jerry W did a great job troubleshooting my GFCI intermittent fault. He had the parts he needed with him and completed the work very quickly. He took the time to explain what was needed and showed me the failed parts after he completed the job.

Ross did various electric work around our semi-new home and was thorough. So far no issues. One of the main projects was recessed lighting. Professional.

I used 4 Service pros to install an Attic Fan. Ross, the electrician, was on time provided a quick quote for the job and, upon approval, proceeded to complete the job rapidly and professionally completed the job. Ross was polite friendly, and helpful. He explained potential alternatives to what I wanted done as well. I was extremely pleased with Ross and will likely use this company for other work when needed.

I submitted an email request for having the electrical line to an old spa disconnected at the spa and at the electrical panel prior to the spa being removed. Got a call back within about an hour and they were able to schedule me quickly within the timeframe I had available before the spa was to be removed. Technician did a great job and was fast and accurate. I would definitely use this company again.

We needed three ceiling fans installed. They did excellent work! Service was easy to set up with Michelle ("T"). Paul kept me informed of his arrival timing. His quote was acceptable. He was very careful about not damaging or messing up our newly painted walls and our furniture. He obviously knew exactly what to do. We told him we had a time problem and and had to leave for a meeting, and he finished in time. He clearly explained what we had to know to use the fans correctly. We would certainly use 4 Service Pros again.

We had a leaking dishwasher that flooded our kitchen in the morning while we were at work. I called 4 Service Pros in the afternoon, and a very please lady scheduled us for a visit by a plumber that afternoon. Edgardo arrived a few hours later. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. We will be asking him to install our new dishwasher in the future. It was a pleasure to work with Edgarto and the whole experience was pleasant. This was a refreshing experience.

I had a leaky valve in my toilet. Edgardo replaced it--he was very professional and efficient. I would recommend him to others.

I've used 4 Service Pros for regular HVAC maintenance for the first time this spring. I liked them much better than the previous company. The service technician explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He went into my attic and the previous company I used never did that. There were no add-on charges and he gave me some ideas for things to listen for.

I then had a plumbing emergency. They came out right away and the plumber was as good as the HVAC technician. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair it with no fee outside of the service call fee which I thought was a reasonable fee. He also explained what was wrong in a way I could understand.

4 Service Pros work was very good. Elise, in the office, was able to arrange an electrician, Brad, to get to my son's house to check out an attic fan that I had PHX Contracting install. Brad found that the motor was burned out and he replaced the motor for only the service charge since it was under warranty. Reasonable rate and honest people to work with. Thanks. Don

I rated you a 10 AS A COMPANY AS A WHOLE - my primary experience has been with remodeling only, and they do very good work. having to "go back to fix" is not something that department allows as a standard. highly recommend there team, that being said they work well with the rest of the crew to make sure it runs seamlessly. I called for a onsite estimate and they were in sterling same day before 1pm. that was fantastic. I was however a bit off put with the receptionist abilities to provide what would be considered a reason to hand over my corporate credit card. They had no answers for any questions and that really concerned me. they knew how much my quote was and why but couldn't tell me what that meant? VERY good on the phone - I would just get them more cross trained for VERY general questions from clients who have gotten a simple estimate :)

4 Service Pros is a highly professional plumbing, electrical and remodeling business. My latest interaction was for plumbing services. They were extremely knowledgeable, technically proficient customer oriented, clean, and on-time. I will definitely use their services in the future.

We have had 4 Service Pros do three separate jobs (plumbing, electrical, and HVAC) for us. The office staff who took and scheduled the calls were extremely competent, knowledgeable and professional. The techs who performed the work were prompt and competent. I was impressed that they were concerned with doing things right and when we had an issue with the new HVAC system they installed, they came back and fixed it...no questions asked. I wish I could say 4.5 stars.

4 Service Pros arrived on time, unclogged the drain, tested to make sure that the job was done correctly, and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and I will definitely use them again. The response from the beginning to the end was very pleasant.

Willis came twice to repair my leaky faucet. He was honest, professional and friendly. He gave a quote the first visit and told me my faucet should still be under warranty, so I could get a replacement part from the factory for free. He was correct. I called the factory and they sent me the replacement part for free. Willis only charged me labor for installing the part. I would highly recommend them. The part is over $200.

My experiences with 4 Service Pros (Kenny) thus far have been very positive. We called them for plumbing repairs. Kenny arrived on time for appointments, performed a free, helpful diagnostic and completed the required repairs on time and within the stated budget. Definitely recommended.

4 service pros installed a travel system that was the incorrect size. The technicians had to come out twice because it broke. They should have looked at the scope of the job before they installed it. They never put a filter on a large intake vent in the master bedroom. They never installed filters in 3 (6x12) intake vents.we were told that we would have to special order these filters- 36 of them and change them once a month. It would be astronomically expensive to order those and a pain to change them once a month. There is a whole in my ceiling in my bedroom so God knows what we are breathing in there. The wife currently has an upper respiratory infection. When it broke the second time there was water in the pan and the system was not level. This is a disaster and this *** system should have never been installed in the 3rd floor attic space to begin with. The main filter should have been installed in the unit like the one downstairs.

I don’t believe he has a perfect understanding of what transpired. *** his wife reached out to us with 3 identical quotes as far as equipment to be installed with varying pricing. We matched the equipment they quoted and lowered the price because she is a friend of my cousins and asked for a discount. We installed the equipment and afterwords received the letter below thanking us and praising the service and paid the bill in full. We had to make 2 visits after the install for warranty issues both visits were no charged and solved the issue she was having. After talking to her neighbor (shade tree handyman) she started to come up with every reason we should come back and redo one thing or another we agreed to do it at additional cost.Her neighbor stating things to her that just weren’t true about systems that “could” have been installed. I tried to reason and work with her over text email and phone. She screamed you have to talk to my ex-husband he is paying the bill. I called him he said he has no idea what transpired and I needed to talk to her. Thats when the lawyers got involved. The ***'s tried to tell *** they didn’t know what the charge was and have it reversed. Of course they knew what the charge was so ***. paid us. She has agreed to pay for partial system through the attornrey as a settlement, but still continues to try and revolk charges through ***. So we are currently stalled. Her agreement with us for reduced pricing and a settlement will include a agreement not to speak poorly or about the company online or in any other way, her attorney is aware of this. This complaint if not withdrawn will void any possible settlement from us. I believe we are in agreement what the settlement shall be, and are awaiting *** to rule on it. Again please take note of the attachment stating how great the work was. Thank you for your time on this matter.
