The response provided was patently untrueI asked specifically for Euro palletsThey advertised Euro pallets at a certain price, and upon delivery asked for more, even though I realized later they were not actually Euro pallets (sorry, I'm not a pallet expert); we were never happy with what we ended up gettingOn separate occasions, they didn't come to pick them up when they said they would, and Sam never showed any signs of actually following through with the promise of finding what I was looking forThis whole process went on for over a month, and within that month, I found an alternative solution.Finally, I actually never received an offer to resolve the complaint

I have all the texts between MrTercero and myself they show that everything he said is not true Is there a number I can forward these text messages to? I can mail them if necessary I can not think of a reason I would drive all lthe way to Phoenix, meet MrTercero and pay him and then when it came time to receive my wood just not get back to him and then file a complaint.All I want from hinm is something for my money I already told him he can keep sealer, gravel and does not have to deliver anything I will come pick it up myself Since I dont have a large truck for pallets I will be happy with just the top boards we were going to put on top of pallets.Please let me know how to get the text messages to you They show the picture quite clearl

This person agreed to his delivery of pallets, was very happy and even had his wife help us unload themcouple of days later, he emailed me to inform me that he had selected the wrong type of pallets and that he had found others for a cheaper costI explained that not only were his wanted pallets
more money, they were also going to take time to find*** agreed to wait for me to locate these particular palletsI finally managed to purchace these pallets and upon me notifing ***, he advisd me that he had already found what he neededNot only did I go above and beyond to make *** happy, I was also left with the expenses that took place to purchace these particular palletsDays later I tried to settle with *** and he informed me that he had gotten them cheaper somewhere else and also added that he had dropped off the origanal pallets that were first delivered to him somewhere in the front parking area of my shopThese pallets were never recieved nor located/found by us.I strongly believe that *** was looking for a cheaper way out, as I already had cut him a great deal and threw in additional free extra pallets, the bottom line was to reduce the price even more

choose, she added that her area where she was ti build her patio deck needed a slight cleanup. Then she added a gravel pickup and wanted it delivered aswell. To make this short, her yard is full of debri, needs extensive yard detail, the gravel company rescheduled due to the rain. I emailed and text customer everyday approx. 5 times per. She never emailed me nor responded back, as I was awaiting for her instructions on gravel company. I explained to her that I was not delivering that far with the amount of rain, in which we are still currently having continously. She never responded back. Also, I was notified by the public law website, of her complaint in which I wrote an entire explaination. As I read by severeal replies, I was all but happy, I was called a croook, a low life, a craigs list scammer and much worst. Customer still did not reply after this aswell. Therefore, I am hands up! I have spent upwards of $565.00 in materials and labor. She never answered me on payining the remaining balance either. Here is breakdown:Gravel company - $210.00Wood sealer and base cure - 10gallons $90.00Labor and fuel - $75 - $100Material - wood, silicone, adhesives, hardware $165.00
