this company,,, 4 square ventures contacted promising to do computer programing and processing..  That charge was 200,00 which I paid by credit  card,  Then...

they called again  They callws AGAIN THIS TIME WANTING a CHECK FOR PYMENTNFOR 150.00,  mY MOTHER REFUSED TO LET ME SEND ANYY MONEY AND NOW WE AFD GETTING 2 aND ;MORE PHONE C ALLSZ PER DaY.

Review: this company called me and wanted to know how my PC was doing since some work was done on it about 5 days prior. I told them it was not running hardly at all and they said they needed to get into my laptop computer since it was on the same server as the PC and see if that could be causing the problems I was having with the PC. He never said anything about a Domain transaction. I gave him permission to simply find out why my PC was running so slowly. He took over my laptop to see what the problem could be and was on it just a few minutes before it shut down. He got upset because he said I shut it down. I did not. He did. I was very concerned he was stealing my information and then locked up my computer. I had given him my credit card information prior to his beginning to work on it via the Internet. I live in Florida. He is in San Diego which I just [redacted]ed a couple of days ago. I was out $249 and had to take the computer into Best Buy geek squad and paid another $250 to fix the problem this person caused. I talked with him and told him I could not do business with him that he broke my computer and I wanted my money back. I filed a complaint with [redacted] but they found in his favor since I had no proof that he didn't do what he said he did. I am angry and discouraged. I was taken advantage of by this person and I feel he was fraudulent. thanks to you, I found out he operates out of his home. I have tried calling many times, but the phone is never answered. I tried both numbers. My daughter lives in San Diego and her husband has his computer business. From now on I will not ever allow anyone to get into my computer via Internet. I hope this person will re-imburse the monies I paid him and Best Buy to fix it. If not, then hopefully, he cannot take advantage of anyone else. thank you for your helpDesired Settlement: a refund of the damage he caused my computer and an apology
