4 Star Tennis Academy

Review: I signed my son up for a tennis clinic that was to take place every Monday from Jan. 6-April 27th. I sent in a check for $890 for the session. The check was cashed. When my son attended the first class, he was told that the Monday clinic was too full, and that he should come a different day. Since he was signed up for Mondays, and isn't available to do the clinic any other day, I tried to contact 4 Star numerous times to find out why they cashed my check if the class was already full. I also let them know on my messages that I expected a refund right away. They do not ever answer the phone, so I have left numerous messages for them and have never had a response. I have also sent emails that were also ignored. I have 2 other friends that had the same experience, and they having the same experience. The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. I want my $890 back immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like a check for $890 sent to me immediately.

This is [redacted] from 4 Star Tennis Academy. I'm calling about the complaint [redacted] issued by [redacted] regarding the payment back that she wanted for $890. I just wanted to respond and see if I can do it over the phone. Basically what happened is that her son was involved in Monday, however, her son was older than all the kids so the coaches just wanted him to try to go to another group which they couldn't do because none of the other dates worked. So, actually, the $890 refund was issued and the check that we issued was #[redacted] and it was cashed on January 31st. So, we're sorry for the inconvenience but the check for $890 was refunded immediately and it was cashed on January 31st. Give me a call if there's anything else I need to do in order to respond to this. Again we want to apologize for the inconvenience and our number is ###-###-####. Thank you. Bye.
