Do not rent from this companyThey are crooks.the staff and owner are both unprofessional and rude.they are money hungry.my husband and I are divorcing so they offered me to pay rent for the following month then move out by the end of that next month.I wake up the next morning to a zillion listing where they have listed my house for rent which today is only July 2015.I could have came to them anytime to say I didn't want to leave especially after payingAnyone can come in and break in while myself as be children are here assuming it's vacantMy past experience since I've been here with them was horribleRent at your own risk.you have been warned

This are rip off property managers... We lived at 4206 Runningbrook circle being managed by them. Very unreliable company when it comes to repairs. They made us pay for almost every time. It was an older house. After a year lease, we went on month to month and never as late or missed any rent... Now it's time to give our security deposit back and they refusing to give it back. They said the walk through listed holes in walls , they needed repainting, broken window... All these are lies because I ensured the cleanliness and emptied the house when we left... My mother did the walk through with them and she was not given any copy to keep. We were told it would be sent with the deposit. It's been over a month , no letter, no refund ... And to crown these insults, the manager was so very rude and attitudinal over the phone.... Because they know we relocated to another state... It's a big shame in 4success realty. Very petty...$850 is a lot of money to rip tenants off because we're leaving! We supposed move up in life !!!

My finance and I got a 4 bedroom home with this company and I honestly have to say that I fully pray that this company SUCCEED in their business. The process in getting the place starting with the staff and owner was EXCELLENT. Not sure if I can name any names, but SHE knows who she is when I said "You were sent by an Angel". Thank you all for making our move a SUCCESSFUL one and the immediate attention we received when we needed something fixed. We don't give credit when GOOD people and GREAT customer service are done, we only complain when it is negative. I had to let you all know how HAPPY you have made OUR family. Keep up the GREAT customer service and you will GROW, GROW and GROW....The T[redacted]

Do not rent from this company they do not want to fix anything the house I rented had a pest problem , this company is so money hungry do not rent from these people.My house was broken in and I had to move I didn't receive any of my deposit back
