Our business dealings with this customer started in April of 2011. From the beginning they were set up in our system as COD customer which means that ALL transactions are...

paid at the time of invoicing on Credit Card. This was agreed to by the customer on day 1.
As we worked with this customer there were times that the CC would not cover the costs so a cheque was required from the customer to clear off outstanding amounts due.
In 2014 we did run into some internal confusion on payment of invoices as our order desk staff, having been instructed by the customer from day one in our dealings to put purchases on the credit card were still putting invoice payments on the credit card as the invoices were generated - if the card was able to cover the purchase. Apparently our AR department had differing instructions and we erred in not communicating those instructions clearly in house. [redacted]
There are references in the complaint about duplicate billing the customer, etc. Our system does not allow this to happen. We cannot bill twice for a piece of equipment in the same time period. I suspect that there was confusion created by copies of invoices that were not payable at the time of issue by lack of capacity on the CC which were then mailed to the customer and on occasion some invoices were processed at a later date by our order desk staff when the CC was able to cover the invoice. This is not our normal procedure and simply should not have been done without speaking with the customer first. Again, from the customers' comments, this regular contact appears not to have been done each time a payment was processed.

In the end, by taking the actions that they have, this customer has left us hanging for some $1377.30 worth of services provided which were rentals that we had provided in good faith on our end. As such, the request for additional "refunds" on the [redacted] is completely out of line.

Hi,
I do have the proof that they collected twice $1377.30 and they could not provide [redacted] with the invoices that they charged us for duplicating the amount.
I have all of the emails back and forth and they could not provide with additional invoices for the amount that was refunded.

As I mentioned before I do everything by emails and I have numerous proof of everything. I ask [redacted] to provide me with the charges for the month of March that was taken form the [redacted] and he sent me nothing.
They duplicate a lot of invoices and their business is capable of doing so.
I am contacting [redacted] as of right now as I don't thing they will refund me willingly.
4 Way rental double charged me in the past on numerous occasions. I ask them to destroy my Credit Card that they have on file but never did. They used the Credit card on many occasions without my approval or forwarding invoices to show the charges that was made. This time they charge my credit card without authorization again. When I contacted them to provide me with invoices for the charges they say that they will send it to me right away but never happen as usual. I told them if they were not providing me with the invoices or an explanation for the charges that I will contact Revdex.com for misused of the credit card. Which this what I did. [redacted]

They have absolutely no right to do it over and over again especially when they have been warned so many times.
