4 Wheelers Supply & Off Road Center

Review: I have been a customer of 4 Wheelers Supply for about 20 years. I have continued to use their services and recommend them to others because of their expertise in the industry and satifactory work they had completed on my vehicles in the past. The last time I enlisted their services however, their work and quality of service was extremely poor. I brought my truck there in March of 2015 to complete a short, 8 item punch list of comparatively simply repairs on my 1973 Blazer. Unfortunately, much of the work was not completed at all which was not communicated with me prior to picking the vehicle up. In addition, much of the work that was completed was not done correctly and had to be redone by myself or other repair facilities. Also, during the process of their substand[redacted] repairs, they caused damages to other parts of my vehicle. I reached out to Lillian W[redacted] several months ago to attempt to resolve these issues amicably but have not received a response. I have detailed records and pictures documenting the botched repairs which I also submitted with my correspondence to Lillian. The incomplete/improper repairs and damages to my vehicle have cost me a great deal of time, money, and stress.Desired Settlement: I am a reasonable person and business owner myself that has also worked in the automotive industry. I therefore understand that 4 Wheelers did not intentionally mean to cause harm to my vehicle, however, I do expect them to take responsibility for the actions of their employees. The exact cost of the incomplete repairs and damages they caused is difficult to quantify, especially since I am still trying to figure out how to resolve some of the issues they have caused. Although my total costs caused by 4 Wheelers will be much greater, at this time I would be willing to settle for a refund of just the labor portion of my bill, which was $600.
