On April 18th we received a call from *** *** about a *** cargo van and he stated he would like to view it on Sunday
our day that we are closedBut he insisted saying he would like to buy it cause he has cash money
We met with him on Sunday and he stated he would like to purchase it cash , but he want to try finance it first and he could put $deposit as down paymentHe then signed the contract I mentioned to him if you don't come up with the money, that you will lose the deposit as you see on the contract, and he accepted and said no problemHe said he earns $20,a month and he has excellent credit,
and If they don't finance he will buy it cash, he would like us to hold the van until he can purchase it. On April 21th we had a serious buyer for the van, which we then mention it to him that if you don't want to purchase it ,we can sell it to this customer (we lose that costumer)He said his loan is in process and he ask us to hold van for himOn April 23th he contact us and ask us if it is possible we could do the financing for himWe tried several different financing company and only one that accepted was with one condition, a $deposit as down payment because of his credit
He said I don't want to put $down payment and later he came by and starting asking for the deposit and we told him deposit is not refundable, as we had agreed when he signed the contractHe start yelling and screaming and telling us he is a member of Revdex.com and he can hurt us and our business very muchhe defamatory about us and our business

I am rejecting this response because:
Their statement is falseI never gave approval to deposit any checkThey made that deposit without my consentThey said they would hold it until loan was approvedAnd I spent days running around doing their job for themI also never yelled or claimed to be part of Revdex.comAs the Revdex.com knows, I AM NOT a member and I don't even know if being a member is even possibleI have no idea why they would say that??I never said I would hurt their business or caused any type of sceneThey stole from me plain and simple and when I confronted them on it, they yelled at me and have avoided me sinceI gave up contacting themEven the "contract" I signed states that they are to return any money givin if loan could not be approvedEvery thing about this situation is saying that they should have never deposited my checkAnd how they treated me after words was one of the most unprofessional, and WRONG experiences of my lifeI have a copy of the "contract" and can provide it if necassary.

TERRIBLE! flew up to Oahu to buy a vehicle and saw this car lot on the side of the road. Found a vehicle and owner promised great service but what we got was far from it. I should have known it was a sign when he couldn't even fill out the "letter of guarantee" for my bank correctly. He promised to schedule shipping as soon as the bank confirmed the check went out since it takes several weeks to get open appointment with shipping company. Bank sent out check, he then says he wouldn't book till he received check. Finally schedule shipping for two weeks later, said he ships to outer islands "all the time". When time to take auto to shipper, couldn't ship because had too much gas in tank so he had to reschedule for another date....if he ships "all the time" he should have known this. Promised to detail auto and have all scratches buffed out, when we got vehicle it had cobwebs on the inside so I know it wasn't detailed and outside scratches was not buffed out. Title was sent to my bank and they said it was scribbled on all over the place. Lienholder section was filled out by auto dealer when its the banks section to fill out not theirs. These people don't know what they are doing and promise you everything when you're there but doesn't deliver on it once you're gone.
