In addressing  the complaint, the customer wrote a bad check for the down payment.  It took 24 days for the bad check to be make good.  The customer came in on 7-3-2014 and said he wanted his name off of the title.  We can only discuss this with the customer, because of privacy...

law's. We dispute the complaint based on the fact's stated are not accurate in the complaint.  Our company policy is to hold vehicles when bad checks are written to us until they are made good and payments are up to date.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Im not satisfied with the resolution because the check that was written did bounce but the company itself told us it was ok so they let us pay in cash and we have receipts. I even had to pay tax and title fees after the car was taken during this time. As for taken the car out of my name I never said I wanted that on 7-3-14 they told me it was taken out my name and I said okay because I thought they put it in my fiancés name otherwise I wouldn't have paid tax and title fees 8-1-14. If I can't have the car I would like to get my money back that was paid for the vehicle and any money after the car was taken.]

Review: Business argreed to fix car after three days of having it. It has now been 2 months and they have yet to fix it or even contact me about the car and process.Desired Settlement: I just want what he agreed to fix on the car itself. That would be the computer which went out on it 3 days after having it.
