Review: these people went into my account and took my money without my authorization and every time I tried to get in touch with this company the phone number ring bus and I tried several time to get on their website and cancel it would not let you do any of that. I think they are bogus and fraud taking people money without permission. I only got two bottles of some type of pill and I know that is not no way what they took out of my account or I would not buy any thing for that price when I got to pay my Bills. Give anybody permission to take that kind of money out of my account unless is my bills at home. Review: I ordered the Coffee Pure Cleanse trial bottle for $5.42 (the price it was advertised as) on 06/28/2014 from the company's website [redacted] On 07/14/2014 I was charged $97.81 to my credit card which I also did not authorize. I have called my bank and they have opened a dispute on my behalf. I emailed the company before the end of the 15 days and all I have received from the company was an automated email that they would contact me within 7 business days. I called the company and spoke to customer service for over 30 minutes this morning so I could get a refund for the wrongful charge of $97.81. The representative stated that I could get a refund for the bottle of supplement but only if the bottle is unopened. I asked if I could return the bottle for a refund and was told that to do so I would be charged a $1.95 cancellation fee as well as a $19.95 restocking fee on top of the shipping charge I will pay for sending it back. That means I will only receive a refund of about $65 for a product that was advertised for $5.42. This business is a scam and I want my money refunded back to me.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $97.81 CAD to my credit card.
