I walked into 401 auto with a negative view of getting the car I wanted. I needed a 4x4 as I live in the country. I met with Steve. he went above and beyond for me. He answered all my questions perfect and got me my dream [redacted] Compass. I am still thinking it is a dream as the payments kept dropping. Jay and Chad did alot too. Never picked up the car at all no payment made, won't let me cancel contract , never stated first payment date rushed me through contract process. I was interested in buying a car and went to 401 auto RV for help, it was November 19th 2016. Applied for financing and was approved I didn't even see the car or check it , I called today saying I no longer wanted the car they said they already had process my application and I couldn't cancel even though nothing was done to the car they claim it was saftied yet no plates or anything . I have not made any payments yet and I want to cancel due to my personal issues will not be able to keep up with payments or keep the car, they still force the car on me also they didn't Show me the car or let me inspect it saying that they will take the payment out anyways, I didn't even pick up the car!!and said it was final even though I never received anything and don't even have possession of the paperwork to review

I had a good sales experience at this dealership. They were very accommodating and respectful of the time it took us to make a decision to purchase our new trailer. More importantly, the after sales experience has been fantastic! A few minor issues came up with the trailer but they were addressed promptly, the staff going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. 401 auto RV will be the first place we go when we decide to get another trailer.

At first I was taken back that a RV business would be dealing with Cars.
Once I was explained about how the business operated ....working with RV's and auto's. Then I made the first step.After conversation re [redacted]...and had a conversation with a Travis and then directed to a young man named Steve.
Made an appointment to speak about what I would be offered.
After many questions had been answered...Then I had more update information and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Steve K.
The financing questions and answers are very important to me...so I was very comfortable and happy to speak with Steve.
I was offered some time to think...and in a day or two...picked up the phone...made an appointment.
Steve K...was so helpful and made my anxiety level decrease from a 10 to a 2...
In a matter of three days... I had a great plan in place and a 2015 [redacted] to drive home in.
Meeting Steve K..w.as such a pleasure and.to work with a person who has such great energy and a , positive approach.. Mr. Steve K...has a great dynamic personality.
If your looking for a vehicle and have questions...re price, finances.....don't be afraid .......Ask for Steve K...and allow him to work with you...It WILL ALL WORK OUT.
By the time you sign your name on the dotted line ....You can take a deep breath and leave with a BIG SMILE . Plus you have just had a meeting with a new person

After purchasing a used trailer on March 20th, 2015 and requesting an April pick up date I am still waiting for my trailer. After no communication from the company by April 20th with a pick up date confirmation I began making phone calls. Starting with the 1-877 number, which 3 times resulted in promised return calls that never happened, I then followed up with the sales rep on April 26th which still resulted in no contact from the service department by April 29th. During one phone call I was advised that I couldn't pick up the trailer where I purchased it but, needed to travel 30 min. to another city as the purchase location did not have a service department. This was not communicated to me at the time of purchase. 10 days after my initial phone call and 41 days after purchase of the trailer I finally received a voicemail stating that the trailer had issues on inspection and no pick up date was available. Upon purchase I booked a campsite at an Ontario Park for the May long weekend which I will now have to cancel and pay the cancellation fee for since I have no availability to pick up the trailer due to volunteer and work commitments weekends and evenings in May, which was why I requested an April pick up on the day of purchase. My experience with 401auto has been terrible. The only bright spot was when one of their telephone support staff, Courtney, told me to call her back if I did not get a phone call from the service department the next morning and said she would then staple my urgent request to the forehead of the nearest service staff.
