Just signed up to buy a brand new vehicle and over days sibce signing, my emails and voicemails go completely ignoredNo acknowledgement whatsoever to my questionsVERY BASIC Customer service would suggest a reply to confirm receipt of the emails or phone calls

I purchased my car from Dexie Kia in Aug In Feb I had a flat tire, I went to Kia, at first they denied their responsibility claiming that this tire was teared-out due to a road hazard which is not covered in the warrantyI explained to *** ***, Fixed operation manager that the tire was teared-out at the inside wall which technically can't be due to a road hazard and it is an obvious manufacturing defectHe agreed and asked me to buy a new tired and assured me that he already got the approval of the manufacturer to reimburse meaccordingly I bought the new tire from KIA, and Mr *** wrote on the invoice that I will be reimbursed within month and he also signed on it
After month, I contacted him early May asking for my payment, but he changed his prior statements and he said that he will not pay me since the manufacturer declined the paymentI informed him that I will escalate the issue to the Revdex.com, Kia Canada, then he immediately reversed his statem

Purchased a used KIA from this dealership and did not have a good experienceI suggest going to a different KIA dealer if you are interested in their vehicles
