401 Medical Imaging

Review: This company is billing insurance companies and when denied, billing the client when insurance denies their claim. I completed this visit a few years ago and got a bill just now saying that I'm liable for this bill. They've sent me an inflated bill, pretended to give me a break by saying we can pay a portion of it and threatened by saying if I don't pay, they will damage my credit.Desired Settlement: I would like this practice to stop and have my account balance cleared.

Review: I have been at their 401 medical imaging center in [redacted] for an MRI on this year May and July 2015. Since May 2015 I have been harassed with bills for services I am not supposed to pay, according to my insurance. May bill was refunded to me. However, July bill from my insurance company's (Blue-cross Blue-shield) Explanation of Benefit (EOB) said I owe nothing to them. However, 401 Medical Imaging charged me 10% co-payment at the MRI day. I called their billing center in Texas state and they will go refunding it. Therefore, I have been waiting for more than 2 months but no money back yet. Also, I went to office 3 weeks ago but ignoring by the people over their and I left my EOB copy to the lady at that place. It happens me twice form the same place 401 medical imaging center used to be DRA or Diagnostic Radiology Associates at [redacted]Desired Settlement: This MRI medical center must stop the over-charging the patient and refunding that over-charged from the patients include me. I have been their for 3 times (2 times with Low back and I time with my both shoulders). Always, A many people are waiting room and approximately waiting time is more than hours every time I visit this place that must be fixing it for future patient. By the way, I am not going this place any more.
