Hands down the best event service around, totally unmatched in the Omaha area. If you want to have the event of your dreams, use 402 event services! Everything about their services is amazing, especially the communication! Would highly recommend using them!

Nothing short of AMAZING! We worked with 402 Event Services and purchased their Dream Wedding Package. Our wedding vision was executed beyond our expectations. I always joked that I wanted our wedding to be an event....it definitely was a tproduction.
We were engaged on December 31, 2018 and I was diagnosed with Cancer shortly afterwards. The best thing I did after saying "YES" was hiring 402 Event Services. They were very professional yet very personable. Were contemplating postponing our wedding until I was healthier but they did EVERYTHING!! We would say Yes/No, approve and pay which was exactly what I needed since I was going through treatment and had surgery. I had some complications and had to be hospitalized a lot longer than what was anticipated. This sent a lot of things from my end into a whirlwind but Steven was very patient. Colleen even came to the hospital and dropped items off to me allowing me to stay stress-free and heal!
Working with their list of vendors was just as great. They demonstrated the same level of professionalism! Our invitation were absolutely gorgeous and set the foundation for our wedding. The florist implemented my Heavenly vision and everything was breathtaking!! Our wedding wasn't your typical wedding as our wishlist of entertainers, photographers and videographers were from different states. 402 Event Services executed their riders perfectly, as well as coordinated flights, accommodations, security, lighting, sound checks, equipment needs, menus, design, production, and a host of other things.
Our wedding day was EPIC! The rest of the staff were just as professional and a pleasure. My father's shirt did not make it to the venue, which definitely would be a reason to panic and stress but 402 Event Services saved the day and got my father a shirt!!
We are still receiving daily calls complimenting us on how well things flowed, how beautiful everything was and that there was never a dull moment. We can't thank you enough for everything that you all did for us!!! It was definitely the wedding of our dreams and our guests say they have never seen and been apart of anything like it!!!

My daughter had her wedding coordinated thru ***. 402 Events Services did an amazing job with the reception. So many compliments on how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue at the *** was.

Steven did a great job organizing the lighting for our outdoor 1920's wedding. He was always quick to respond during the planning stages and they were timely in arriving and hanging our lights (and we were 2 hours away from Omaha). All of the staff was very courteous and organized and did a great job executing the 1920's feel we were hoping for!

Our wedding coordinator Jordan was amazing! She took the stress out of our big day and made our venue look a million times better than I imagined. Hiring 402 Event Services was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning. We definitely got our money's worth!

- Draperies and backdrop - The draperies were beautiful and really softened the room. The backdrop was awesome and made for some pretty pics.
- Day-of-coordinator - Colleen was our coordinator and she was amazing! She was always there for us with a drink if needed and, even though things were already decorated, she added some great touches. She was a great resource for etiquette and timeline questions and I was so relaxed on Saturday knowing she had everything covered. There is so much more I could say about what she did for us but I'll end with this...if you don't have a day-of-coordinator or don't think you can afford one, make room in the budget for it. Because of her our friends and family were able to enjoy the wedding.

We did the Dream Planning Package and it was by far the best investment we made in our wedding. *** and his team were there through the entire planning process, helping us stay on track and helping with all the issues that arose through out. The day of was absolutely amazing! Our wedding was at 3:30 and the wedding before us was still in the venue at 2!! *** and his team handled everything and pulled off getting everything set up in the little time they had. Honestly we wouldn't have been able to pull it off with out them. The Dj and Videographer were also amazing! We had so many complements from our guest on the music and they even played some games, it was so much fun!! I HIGHLY recommend using their services to make your day beautiful and as stress free as possible.
