I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: Car Line sold me a car that was in dire need of repairs and my money needs to be refunded because the car repairs would exceed the value of the car. The oil ran out on the way home; I didn't contact them because I thought I had no recourse until reading MN State Statute. I had been accusatory because a dealer shouldn't sell a car with black, burned oil, and with it low enough that it wouldn't even show on the dipstick. It turns out the engine DOES burn quart of oil per miles which I found out on my way home, just after submitting my first claim to Revdex.com. The low engine oil light came on and luckily I had prepared for such an occasion because I had put quarts in the trunk after it running out on the day of purchase. So, there is a possibility the whole car is a total loss. If the engine is bad, the cost would be $4000-to replace. Regarding how long it takes to get repairs and estimates, I have to make appointments for repairs and estimates as everyone does at repair shops. The "family business" drove this car a reported miles as previously indicated to me, we can make the assumption they knew about all of these maintenance issues. It took me LESS time to figure this out? If they're really telling the truth? So, I guess my time line finding all of the maintenance issue should be sufficient? Also, THERE IS NO TIRE PRESSURE MONITERING SYSTEM ON THIS CAR. I have TPS on other vehicles and this one is not equipped. This shows how this "family business" operates; representation, doesn't check/change oil, check tire pressure, claims they knew nothing about the park brake not working when it is clearly a speed manual transmission, and making claims that I am the one not telling the truth?At this time, I would like a total refund. This car was not road worthy and the engine could need to be replaced. I have purchased many cars over the years and have NEVER had an experience involving the numerous maintenance issues on a vehicle that Car Line sold to me.Attached are the emails where Car Line has inconsistent claims about discounts for repairs that were never talked about and a claim of, "I'm sure I told you that we didn't know anything wrong with it". Which one is it?As far as how business operates, I'm involved in the business world everyday as well as researching State Statutes on a daily basis. I have found that acting with integrity and honesty is the best way to live in the business world as well as my personal life

waited days to contact, which was in the form of email rather than a phone callIf it was on the way home a phone call should have been made right awayWe waited for nearly days for a response and an estimate, which seemed very urgent at the time of contactThe tires were at correct pressure as the vehicle left as it is equipped with tire pressure monitoring systems, and they were checked prior to your arrivalThe invoice of the repairs totaling $was received 12/and we were waiting on the next promised invoice as stated above to fix the "$1000" in repairsA video was sent to reprogram your remote as the battery was dead, which takes about minutesYou are welcome to stop in and we will have it done for you at no costDid you try to rotate and balance the tires as suggested? Or purchase parts from the links sent to you which would have saved approximately $or more on the repairs? As stated in the email correspondence the vehicle was discounted $and the aftermarket warranty was added in addition to the discountDid you use the maintenance portion of the warranty to cover the brake work on the vehicle? That would have saved an additional $on your invoice total. 411Carline is a family business and all of our cars are driven a number of miles so that we know they are something we would want to have our family driveWhen this car was driven, it did in fact not shake. Your immediate reply was that we "can't be honest" when in fact no lie was told about the vehicle or the sale and I was honest in saying my brother drove it and he said there was nothing that he noticedYou had ample opportunity to test drive the vehicle which was your choosing on where to driveI would have been more than happy to help you out, but swearing at me via email and saying we are liars is not how you get what you want in businessWould you like to be treated that way? Anything written in the email correspondence you completely disregarded when trying to help save you money, you did not even mention the video that was sent and waited days to send any other emails, or even make a simple phone call. Finally this car would be very easy to not notice the e brake not working as it must be put in reverse to take the keys out of the ignition so one would never know when shutting the car offAgain thank you for your time and consideration and had the car been sold at the retail price and a more professional email sent, we would have loved to help you out, but tearing us as individuals and our family apart does not sit well or get anything accomplished

I have attached the sale documents stating the car was sold AS-IS No Warranty. I have been in contact with legal counsel regarding the matter and taken their professional advice to stick by the paperwork 411Carline and Mr. [redacted] completed at time of sale. claims from the lifter having a problem after he "took it on a long trip," to the fuel being wrong for the car, to clutch pilot bearing problems, to there was a "hole in the exhaust." I cannot say for sure what happened after the vehicle left 411 on 05/03/2018 but sometime between then as May 7th [redacted] claims something happened while driving the car. What this is we are not sure as it has been so many different things within the past week, it is hard to say how all of this arose when the car was in great running and driving order when it left 411. When I spoke with [redacted] 5/11/2018 he stated the "lifter noise was common in these cars and he was not worried about it." So the incident that started this whole situation was not longer an issue as of Friday May 11th? The biggest issue is that [redacted] altered the exhaust system and suspension post sale, and we are not sure what he did as the exhaust was bought used off of craigslist and the work was done by him. He states "the turbo is really loud now," which is just another concerning factor in the entire case. All in all, the vehicle was bought AS-IS NO Warranty shown on the above documents, the vehicle was then altered from the state of which it was sold, and 411 has no knowledge of how this car was been driven after it left here being that [redacted] had put 859 miles on the car from the point of sale. 411Carline is not at fault for something the customer changed, and how the car was driven after it left the 411Carline property. Lastly, [redacted] stated Friday 05/11/2018 that he would make a case to several entities. That is extortion and slander in the business world, something our business does not take lightly. Thank you.
