Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Info 411 Listings regarding complaint ID [redacted].  I called them before I submitted this complaint and they said they would refund both unapproved direct withdrawals from our bank account.  They did refund one...

withdrawal but not the other.  I'm submitting a dispute through the bank.Sincerely,[redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Info 411 Listings regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Info 411 actually contacted my bank directly. They did refund my money, however, they have refused to give us any information...

about any kind of authorization for taking the money in the first place or even how they obtained our confidential bank account information. It is very clear that this business is acting fraudulently, taking small enough amounts of money so as to go under the radar of bookkeeping under the guise of an online business advertising company. There are several other businesses these people are stealing from as well.
