We are extremely surprised by this review We make every effort to assist our clients with our needs It is a rarity for us to not be able to assist our clients with the utmost of professionalism, accommodation and understanding There are always a few that no matter what you do they just will not be happy regardless of the extra steps that you take for them The owner is in the field and does not always have phone access, our office staff is friendly, courteous and anxious to assist our clients However, again, there will always be ones who will be upset regardless of how hard you attempt to assist them I do not know who the person is that posted this derogatory remark, We have no record of anyone by this name in our files

Hello, I normally don't take the time to review business but this I something that needs to be done so people are aware.
This is by far one the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. From the Owner not answering her phone, to the RUDE secretary named GWEN, and from the disorganization of the company as a whole.
The Worst part about this company is it was referral from a friend.
I would never recommend anyone using this company! EVER!
