4110 Fairmount

I was told by assistant manager Charlie King, $I paid on 2/23, would be refunded & mailed to me the week of 3/2/16, still no refund received
On 2/23/16, Fairmount Apartment community falsely listed their rental rates on their websiteI applied for an apartment at Fairmount and paid $through their web portal for application fees, administration fee & deposit, which was immediately debited from my accountApproximately hours later I received a call that the unit I applied for was actually about $more per month, than was listed on their website & in black & white on the deposit statement.They refused to honor their listed rate & told me I would be refunded the $Asst mgrCharlie King told me on 3/2/he had submitted the refund to corporate & that a refund check would be mailed out the week of 3/2/It is now 3/30/& no refund check has arrivedI've emailed follow ups several times, actually drove to the community (I was told mangers don't work on w
