Review: I went to get my car repaired. I was told I needed new brakes and a axel. I got the car repaired but the problem wasn't fixed. When I returned to the auto shop they said I could fix my car until the ABS light came on. I took the car to another auto repair. While the mechanic was trying to fix the problem he discovered that one of the rotors was bent. I returned the rotor to 412 Auto Repair and asked for a refund of the defective rotor and labor that I had to pay the other repair shop. They were rude and wouldn't refund my money. I paid them over $600 and they didn't fix my car.Desired Settlement: I will like for the auto repair (412 Auto Repair) shop to reimburse me for the rotor and labor I had to pay another repair shop to correct the issue with my car. $66.00 for the rotor and $88 for labor.
