In regards to the complainant we have been in routine communication with the apartment and it was discovered at the end of October for the November billing (due to their renewal kicking in) a glitch occurred in our system. We were able to recognize this glitch prior to November 1st and correct this...
issue. In December we had believe the computer billing issue completely resolved and did not discover that the issue was created for December until the complainant notified us on Dec 10th. We have been working with our IT department to make sure this does not occur again as we have recently switched to a new software system. We have offered to make some type of restitution to the complainant but they have stated everything has been resolved and it’s all good. Below is the most recent email communication.Thank you!
