As always, 100% customer satisfaction is always our goal. On September 23, 2014, Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2013 Ram 2500 from us. Because of his poor prior credit history, it was difficult for us to obtain financing for him. Around the first of November, we received a call from the...
bank, stating that Mr. [redacted] had not made his first payment, which would result in repossession. Mr. [redacted] called us around November 18th, and stated to us that he had just been fired from his job, and was not going to be able to make his truck payment. He asked for our help to prevent the truck from being repossessed. For good customer service, we invited Mr. [redacted] to bring the truck back to us, and that we would make him an offer to purchase the truck back from him to prevent him from further ruining his credit history. We made Mr. [redacted] a no-obligation offer to purchase his truck from him for $45,000. He happily agreed to this figure, and agreed to sell us the truck. At no time was it our fault that Mr. [redacted] was fired from his job. At no time was Mr. [redacted] forced to sell us his truck back, nor did he have to agree to the $45,000 figure. This was a decision that he made of his own free will. He signed all of the legal contracts agreeing to this transaction, which I will be happy to provide.

There was never a call from the credit union or bank as Mr [redacted] pointed out. He is correct that the deal was not forced but because the truck was never transfered the difference in the 45,000 and payoff of 46,500 which included taxes of .07% indiana rate. also an extended warranty and gap insurance I walked away with 3385.00 after trading a truck a month earlier with 15,000 in equity. I accept the loss the real reason the financing was difficult is even after my trade it was nearly 100% of value financed. So before [redacted] attacks my credit or integrity he should provide the documentation. As for any future dealings I will not be doing bussiness with 44 and will inform anyone I can to look into there history and double check book values.
