Pictures don't lie, in the picture of the receipt I was given by Euro Tech, it clearly states that "o ring was replaced to fix coolant leak" prior to me picking up the car I was told the coolant was leaking but they were going to fix itI picked the car up and just so happens not even a full hours later I'm pulling into a driveway I have been to many times with the same car, and my lower radiator/coolant hose just pops right off and very easily, the one they supposedly fixedI got my car towed to my house to be able to fix it there, no way was I going to pay this shop 200-bucks for a very simple fix when I haven't even had the car back for full a day to begin withIn the picture of the hose you can see the clamp, the clamp was the wrong size so therefore it wasn't secured in place correctedIt was bound to pop off even with the slightest bit of forceThe owner of the shop then tried to publicly bash me on Facebook when I made a post simply asking for advice on what to do to fix my car, he proceeded to tell me "it was my fault" and "I'm putting the hose on wrong" no way was that professional let alone a professional way handle the situation, when I never not once publicly directed any posts or blame on him or his businessAfter I fixed it myself and spent bucks on coolant/antifreeze and a new parts I was short on a paymentBut I kept in contact letting them know I couldn't make the full price but I could pay at least half at that time, since I just spent a majority of my money fixing a car that should have been fixed alreadyI then proceeded to get text messages from one of the owners saying they'd come to my house to collect money and they knew where I livedDidn't come off like they were trying to "work with me on payments" I then constantly got texts, sometimes multiple per day saying I was late on a payment when I told them the exact day I got paid, and they tried to change my payment date knowing I didn't even get my paycheck at that timeThen would complain to me about making two separate payments per week because "the fee" was more for them per paymentThis business is extremely unprofessional and have been harassing me since I got my car back, a year old girl who just needed help with her car and put her trust into this businessNot once did I ask them to work with me on a payment plan, never asked them to do any of that, they brought it up to meNo legit/legal nor binding "contact" was made upThe day I came in to just get it looked it, they persuaded me that it'd be my best interest to get my car fixed ASAP and to leave it with them or else I wouldn't make it homeI was fooledAfter getting multiple texts from the two owners and some being extremely rude and childish I decided to turn them in to the Revdex.comAfter I did that the owner then messages me a few days after the post I made regarding his businessI provided a photo to show how disgraceful, sickening and unprofessional the messages wereIf you own your own business you should strive in treating your customers with respect and providing the best service for them so they will returnNot harass or talk down to them, nor blame them for a simple fix that was documented and claimed to be fixed by you, Euro Auto TechIt's very disappointing that grown adults who are meant to be professional and help people want to harass, belittle, and blame someone who is only for an issue that could have been easily resolved in a mature collective mannerI'm a very easy target for shops considering my lack of experience in the automotive departmentI tried to work with them as much as I possibly could always told them when I could make payments and if I'd be short and if so by how much and when I could pay the restAfter being disrespected and put down constantly I all around stopped replying to them and still got hateful messagesThe lack of respect and hate messages I received was astonishing, and the length they took it too and words they used were personally degrading and an attempt to make me feel like less of a person No one should treat someone they personally don't know with such lack of respect and dignity, not once did I ever respond back with rude or hurtful things, simply ignored them. I hoped this could be resolved in a mature reasonable and most importantly honest manner

chose to help her with, and obviously, that was a mistake. The customer is 19 years old, asked our assistance financially, and we complied. She received the complete service of a full transmission repair. She did not have the financial capability to pay upfront, so we agreed upon payments, in which she regularly could not follow through on. Regular excuses of "I accidentally paid someone else..." by way of paypal were the responses we received. We offered to make adjustments to payments as well as personally coming to her to pick up said payment. She still has not paid in full.
The complaint notes that she had numerous issues after getting the vehicle back from our shop. Her vehicle was an older model 2003 Volkswagon Jetta, as we all know, cars of age need repairs and upkeep. Every issue she had a complaint of was common with an older vehicle. More importantly, the problems she encountered had absolutely nothing to do with the services provided of us. My company repaired her transmission. No other items were worked on. We have texts from the customer in which she notes jumping curbs and so forth. She's not showing the responsibility that is necessary to care for an older vehicle and she is now inappropriately condemning my company for her shortcomings. We are being unfairly exploited by an irresponsible young lady incapable of paying her bill or properly taking care of her own vehicle. As a small business owner, it's people like this that make it hard to boost our local economy.
